The WELL Study is a virtual study that seeks to learn about older widow(er)’s health behaviors and mood. This study is for adults 60+ years who recently lost a spouse or life partner within the previous 12 months. Participants are randomized to one of two groups – a digital health intervention targeting sleep meals and physical activity, or an enhanced usual care group. We are interested in whether our digital health intervention reduces depressive symptoms burden. Learn More about the Well Study
